Google Looks To Improve Robotic Surgery Safety

Google is already involved heavily in the robotic markets as well as the health care industry but it is now looking to make the robotic surgery market an even safer place to be. For example, Google already owns Boston Scientific and Google X Life Sciences division is basically the "Google Healthcare" division.

Now Google and Johnson & Johnson are teaming up together to create a better system for robotic surgery. This new system would compete with and ultimately overtake the current leader in the field, Intuitive Surgical. Current robotic surgery platforms, such as Intuitive Surgical’s da Vinci robot system, use high definition, three dimensional endoscopes that produce a video feed which gives a surgeon a picture of your insides.

Google is looking to make the picture better and more intuitive by highlighting critical areas that make the surgeons job easier to complete accurately.

Tanzanian Royalty Takes New Approach To Company Updates

Tanzanian Royalty Exploration Company (Symbol: TRX) is taking a new approach to updating its progress at the Buckreef Mine in Tanzania. The Buckreef Gold Mine Re-Development Project was acquired from the Tanzanian State Mining Company (Stamico) in December 2010. Under a Heads of Agreement concluded with the stated-owned company, Tanzanian Royalty has the right to earn a 55% interest in Buckreef with Stamico holding the remainder.

Google Glass "Too Important To Scrap" Says Google Executive Chairman

Google is not giving up on Google Glass according to Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt.  Schmidt says the technology is too important to scrap. The way he sees it, Google is about taking risks.

A recent change in the management responsibilities for Google Glass had many people speculating that Google was going to give up on the whole idea. According to Schmidt, that is simply not true.

What Google is apparently doing is getting Google Glass ready to be used by consumers. Schmidt told The Wall Street Journal that it has been put under Fadell’s watch “to make it ready for users.” Tony Fadell, head of Google’s Nest connected home division, now oversees strategy for the project.

One difference in the development of Google Glass is that this time the changes to Google Glass will be done not out in the open, but behind closed doors where only the company is privy to this information.

Google Glass is a controversial idea that has not blossomed as of yet. But that does not mean it will not be successful in the future. It just may take a little more time before it really catches on. Google and Apple To Enter Automobile Market?

Are Google and Apple considering entering the automobile market? This is a question being posed by a revolutionary thinker named Nicholas Colas as reported by Art Cashin on King World News.

U.S. Government Freezes Online Poll About Vaccine Choice

In startling news today, the website www.WhiteHouse.gov has allegedly been caught freezing the online polling results in order to stop the signature count from reaching the important 100,000 number which would require some type of action from the White House.
